EVANS, GA – Fickling & Company, a Macon, Ga.-based real estate services and development firm (www.fickling.com), has selected NorSouth Constructs of Savannah, Ga. (www.nsconstructs.com) to build its new, high-end apartment community, Lullwater at Riverwood, in Evans, Ga. Construction will begin first quarter of 2013 on Phase One, which will consist of 212 garden apartments on a lushly landscaped site with an abundance of green space, pocket parks and walking/jogging trails. When completed, Lullwater at Riverwood will include 350 one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes, a resort-style pool with cabanas and grilling area, clubhouse, business center, conference room, fitness center and resident activity center.

Select units will offer granite kitchen countertops, computer nooks, tray ceilings, hardwood floors and garages.

Fickling & Company will provide on-site management for Lullwater at Riverwood. The architect and landscape architect is SGN+A, Inc. of Decatur, Ga. Cranston Engineering Group, P.C. of Augusta, Ga. is the civil engineer, while Design Environments, Inc. of Atlanta provided the interior design.
