The development will total 260 apartment homes located at the intersection of Pinewood Drive and Gunbarrel Road on 14.6 acres in Chattanooga. The Springs @ Chattanooga is owner and will be operated by Continental Properties Company, Inc of Menomonee Falls, WI, a national multifamily developer.
