In 1986, two real estate developers – one from the north and one from the south – formed NorSouth Constructs. The partners combined Southern hospitality and charm with a Northern “pedal-to-the-metal” business attitude.
Because the three company “branches” were originally interrelated, the skilled professional team at NorSouth Constructs had the unique opportunity to participate in all aspects of real estate development, construction and operation. NorSouth Constructs soon became a sought-after third party general contractor whose clients valued the company’s understanding of and solutions to the challenges developers face. In late 2016, two long-time members of NorSouth Constructs’ leadership team, Mike Creeden and Colin Edelstein, acquired 100 percent interest in the firm. Today, NorSouth Constructs is a fully-independent general contractor that continues to enhance its well-earned reputation for building a variety of high quality multi-family communities for developers and owners throughout the Southeast.
From our experience with development and construction, NorSouth Constructs has emerged as a leading third-party general contractor with a unique understanding of the long-term challenges our clients face. Today, NorSouth Constructs has earned a reputation for building a variety of high quality communities for developers and owners throughout the Southeast.
